Dance: Modern styles such as Street dance and Hip Hop include such exciting moves as breaking, popping and locking, and are set it to all kinds of modern music. Street dance can be quite improvisational and its style often encourages interaction with the audience.
Rock n Roll: A lively and energetic dance style developed in the 1950s, Rock 'n' Roll is still as relevant and vibrant as ever.
Street Cheer: Street Cheer is a brand new cousin of traditional Cheerleading that gives it a 21st century twist. Combining elements of Cheerleading with street dance, Street Cheer produces an amazing new fusion. Street Cheer's innovative and imaginative combination of up-to-the-minute dance styles with Cheerleading chants and moves means it is winning fresh fans all the time.
Fun line dance: Country 'n' Western line dancing puts the fun into learning co-ordination and teamwork.
Salsa/Latin: Easy to learn but almost impossible to forget, Salsa has a rhythm that's easy to move to and a simple set of basic steps.
Disco/Freestyle: Take in the Rock 'n' Roll and disco eras, encompassing runs, spins, kicks and leaps. The music can be fast-paced with a strong beat or slower and more soulful, allowing the dancers to incorporate more expressive moves into their routines.
Cheerleading: Cheerleading is hugely popular. It's brilliant for young people because it combines physical fitness, co-ordination, teamwork - and a competitive spirit.
Ballet: This helps develop excellent posture, alignment, strength and suppleness
Jazz: Jazz dance provides a superb platform for up-tempo modern dance routines.
Bollywood: Modeled on traditional Indian dance: classical dance styles, dances of historic northern Indian courtesans or folk dances, nowadays it is often blended with Western dance styles (as seen on MTV or in Broadway musicals)
Vocals: Improve your singing technique, take care of and develop your voice and prepare for your performance! Vocal coaching provides instruction on singing techniques using warm-ups, breathing exercises and relaxation exercises. Skills taught include correct use of the diaphragm, finding ones vocal range, vowel pronunciation, correct posture, pitch control, dynamics, microphone techniques, group and solo singing, harmonising and ear training.
Fun fitness: Our Fun Fitness programme uses gym group exercises, which are excellent for maintaining motivation levels and improving overall fitness. Strength and endurance levels are improved with the aid of several carefully chosen stations each positioned in a way that works the whole body. Fun Fitness sessions work on the principle that children are more likely to be enthusiastic about exercise when they are having fun in the process. These sessions target functional development of all major muscle groups, especially the ‘laughter’ muscles!!!
Aerobics: A fun combination of rhythmic exercise which includes stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all round fitness and preventing illness..
Gymnastics: All over body conditioning using multi disciplines to develop physical strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, balance, and grace.
Box Fitness: A fun, non-contact, challenging and safe workout based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. Classes typically include shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, kicking punch bags, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups. Aimed at men and women of all ages and fitness standards.
Circuit training: Our circuit training classes combine fast paced resistance training and high-intensity aerobics. Easy to follow classes focusing on targeting strength building as well as muscular endurance.
